An employee fitness tracking app that counts more than steps.
Log a bench press by reps or by minutes. Track a run on GPS with per-kilometre splits. Import the ride a Garmin recorded. Each one lands on the same participation surface as a step.
Strength by reps, or by minutes.
Corporate workout tracking software usually means cardio. These take a rep count or a duration, whichever the employee counted.
This is logging, not programming. No sets, no RPE, no progressive overload plan. The employee records what they did, and it counts.
All 65 types, and how each becomes a number, sit on activity tracking.
Run, walk, cycle, wheelchair. Those four.
GPS workout tracking is scoped on purpose. Live stats while the workout runs, then a route map, a split table and a pace graph when it stops.
A split is recorded every kilometre or mile, and the route draws as it goes.
What gets a workout thrown out.
A leaderboard is only worth running if a car ride cannot win it.
Any location point below 100 m horizontal accuracy is discarded before the route is drawn.
A four-method vehicle check reads speed patterns, location consistency, the share of high-pace samples, and split analysis. A point needs 10 m and one second of gap to be kept.
A run or walk averaging faster than 3.5 min/km is rejected, and every split has to clear the same bar.
A real cyclist clears the running threshold, so applying it would throw out legitimate rides. Cycling still goes through accuracy filtering and the vehicle check. We would rather print the gap than claim a test we do not run.
The watch tracked it. Bring it across.
One primary device at a time.
Connecting Fitbit or Garmin overrides Apple Health or Google Fit as the step source, so a wrist and a pocket never both count.
Direct connection, signed in from inside the app, iOS and Android.
Direct connection with real-time push. Expires after 60 days and has to be renewed.
Flows in through Apple Health once paired, and can be picked as the step device.
Connected from Device Management as the selected Android device.
Amazfit and Zepp, Mi Band, Huawei, Nike Run Club, Strava, feeding through Apple Health.

Three things buyers ask in week one.
Does any of this need a wearable?
No. GPS workouts, the squat tracker and strength logging all run on the phone. A wearable adds workout import and better step accuracy.
A Garmin stopped syncing after two months. Why?
Garmin access tokens expire at 60 days. Reconnect from Settings, Device Management, and a manual sync backfills the last seven days.
Can someone import a swim from an Apple Watch?
Not today. Import covers running, walking, cycling and wheelchair. A swim is still loggable by hand as one of the 65 activity types.
