A corporate mindfulness app where the minutes count.
Finish a guided session and Vantage Fit writes a mindfulness activity, the way it writes a walk. Those minutes feed challenge tasks and the participation rate HR reports on.
Minutes count. Mood does not.
A finished session becomes an activity entry, and an activity entry is what participation is counted from. That is why this sits inside Vantage Fit instead of beside it.
The same shape of entry a logged walk produces, which is the point.
Seven categories, thirty-plus sessions.
Real lengths, from a five-minute reset between meetings to thirty-four minutes of rain.
A fixed, curated catalog. Not an unlimited streaming service, and not a rival to a consumer meditation subscription.
It plays in airplane mode.
Sessions are audio files, not a stream. That decides whether a wellbeing benefit reaches the people who are not at a desk.
Each session is an MP3 served over a content network. The first load needs a connection. After that it does not.
A commute underground, a factory floor with no reception, a flight. The session still runs.
Completed minutes upload together when the phone is back online, so nothing logged offline is lost.
Put a session on the task list.
"Complete a mindfulness session" is a task an admin can add to a challenge, next to a step target or a logged meal.
Three claims we are not making.
It is a guided audio library. It does not diagnose, treat or replace an EAP, and Vantage Fit does not market it as care.
The catalog is chosen by hand and localized by hand. No recommendation engine picks sessions for anyone.
Sessions live in the app every employee already has. Nothing about this feature depends on hardware.
13 or more languages, and more on request.
Content is localized rather than subtitled, so a session in Portuguese is a session, not a translation layer over English audio.

Sessions across seven categories, 1 to 34 minutes. Spec-verified, not a program figure.
Three things buyers ask in week one.
Does HR see how someone felt?
No. Mood is a private 1 to 5 check-in with optional reasons, visible only to the employee. It is never shown to an admin, a manager or a colleague, and it is not part of any score or report.
Is this a replacement for an EAP or therapy?
No. It is guided audio. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it should sit alongside clinical benefits rather than in place of them.
What does an admin actually get out of it?
Mindfulness minutes appear in the same participation and challenge reporting as any other logged activity. Which sessions a person played is not part of that.
Watch twelve quiet minutes land on the participation report.
Thirty minutes on the library, offline sync and how a finished session is logged.
