A corporate mindfulness app where the minutes count.

Finish a guided session and Vantage Fit writes a mindfulness activity, the way it writes a walk. Those minutes feed challenge tasks and the participation rate HR reports on.

Participation

Minutes count. Mood does not.

A finished session becomes an activity entry, and an activity entry is what participation is counted from. That is why this sits inside Vantage Fit instead of beside it.

Play and stop are both recorded, so the logged duration is what was actually played. Zero calories, on purpose. Meditation is not dressed up as exercise. Mood is a separate private log. It is not scored, and no admin sees it.

A fixed, curated catalog. Not an unlimited streaming service, and not a rival to a consumer meditation subscription.

Browsing by category. Every session shows its length before anyone commits to it.
Reach

It plays in airplane mode.

Sessions are audio files, not a stream. That decides whether a wellbeing benefit reaches the people who are not at a desk.

Delivery Audio, from a CDN

Each session is an MP3 served over a content network. The first load needs a connection. After that it does not.

Playback No signal required

A commute underground, a factory floor with no reception, a flight. The session still runs.

Sync Batched on reconnect

Completed minutes upload together when the phone is back online, so nothing logged offline is lost.

How HR deploys it

Put a session on the task list.

"Complete a mindfulness session" is a task an admin can add to a challenge, next to a step target or a logged meal.

Completion tracks itself. No screenshots, no honour system, no manual approval. The minutes land in the same participation figure as every other task in the program. Mindful days can also sit inside a plan, which personalized programs covers.

Scope

Three claims we are not making.

Not clinical This is not therapy

It is a guided audio library. It does not diagnose, treat or replace an EAP, and Vantage Fit does not market it as care.

Not a model Nothing here is AI-curated

The catalog is chosen by hand and localized by hand. No recommendation engine picks sessions for anyone.

Not a device play No wearable, no subscription

Sessions live in the app every employee already has. Nothing about this feature depends on hardware.

Global rollout

13 or more languages, and more on request.

Content is localized rather than subtitled, so a session in Portuguese is a session, not a translation layer over English audio.

The seven-category library, offline play and activity logging are standard. Additional or tailored sessions are commissioned through an account manager, not uploaded self-serve.

Rollout questions

Three things buyers ask in week one.

Does HR see how someone felt?

No. Mood is a private 1 to 5 check-in with optional reasons, visible only to the employee. It is never shown to an admin, a manager or a colleague, and it is not part of any score or report.

Is this a replacement for an EAP or therapy?

No. It is guided audio. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it should sit alongside clinical benefits rather than in place of them.

What does an admin actually get out of it?

Mindfulness minutes appear in the same participation and challenge reporting as any other logged activity. Which sessions a person played is not part of that.

Watch twelve quiet minutes land on the participation report.

Thirty minutes on the library, offline sync and how a finished session is logged.
