Features · For employees

Structured workplace wellness plans, and the content to follow them.

Two separate systems in the Programs tab. A training plan runs as a personal challenge only the employee can stop. A library item can be assigned as a challenge task. Different owners, different gates.

01Training Plans

Nine plans. Two you can start today.

Curated by the Vantage Fit wellness team, not built by your admins. The other seven sit in the app with a coming-soon marker.

Then the app draws the weeks.

Couch to 5K opens near a kilometre and builds toward five. Rest days land on the days not selected.

The progression is rule-based. Nothing here is generated by a model.

It runs as a personal challenge.

Once it starts the plan sits in the Challenges tab, tracked the same way anything else is.

Distance and step tasks complete themselves from the device. An article is marked done when it is opened. Plan activity counts toward any company challenge running at the same time.
Vantage Fit journey challenge screens on mobile, showing milestones along a route, the tasks for the current milestone, points earned and a leaderboard
A journey challenge an admin built, milestones and leaderboard included. A plan borrows the task and progress mechanics and drops the ranking.
Only the employee can stop it.

An admin cannot stop a plan, change it, or see it as an individual plan. No leaderboard, because a plan is not a competition, and no completion certificate. Admins get a read-only count.

Couch to 5K is built for someone who does not run yet. It opens with walks and adds jogging intervals.
02Content Library

Read it, watch it, and it counts.

A separate system with a separate owner. Your admins publish it, and any item can become a challenge task.

Content as a challenge task.

Watch this video, read this article, complete bite-size content. Each completes itself when the item is opened or stepped through, and a finished Health Bite logs an activity.

Quizzes are optional and auto-evaluated. Every answer has to be right to pass, and a pass or a fail both still log. A Health Bite is images, text and quiz screens in sequence, in more than one language. Targeting is by age, gender and health profile.

Activity level is not a targeting dimension. It is a personal calorie input on health metrics and nothing reads it here.

No screenshots to upload and no admin approving anything by hand.

Self-serve Publish and unpublish

Admins create articles, videos and podcasts, write quiz questions and manage categories from Programs, then On-Demand Content.

Scheduling Availability windows

Each item carries a start and end date, so a campaign's reading disappears with the campaign.

Partners The Marketplace

Partner offerings as external links with a disclaimer. A directory, not something Vantage Fit fulfils.

Told apart

Three things that are not each other.

A training plan is not a challenge your admin runs, and a content item is neither.

Content Library Self-serve publishing

Once the Programs tab is on, creating and publishing articles, videos, podcasts and quizzes is yours to run.

Set up with us Four things, not three

The Marketplace, Health Bites authoring, multi-language versions and demographic targeting are configured with us.

Lite Mode None of it, by default

Lite Mode is steps only. Lite clients get no training plans and no content sections by default.

Rollout questions

Three things buyers ask in week one.

Can our admins build their own training plans?

Not today. The catalog is curated by Vantage Fit, and admins cannot create, edit or disable individual plans. What admins build is challenges, a separate system.

Are the plans AI-generated?

No. The progression is rule-based, and the three answers given at enrollment shape the schedule.

What happens if someone quits halfway?

The plan stops, and starting again means starting from scratch rather than resuming. Everything logged along the way still counts toward participation.

See both systems in the same tab, ten minutes apart.
