Corporate wellness dashboard, without the spreadsheet.

One console shows who is taking part, what is working and what changed. Every view is aggregate, so the report holds up in a privacy review.

Vantage Fit admin analytics dashboard showing participation, activity trends and reward spend

Enrolled, active, participation rate and reward spend, live, each with a delta and a sparkline.

In one line

The admin dashboard turns six kinds of logging into one participation rate, with AI Leadership Insights and rule-based Recommended Actions beside it, plus CSV and PDF exports. Admins see aggregate metrics only, never an individual's health data.

What the number is made of

Six kinds of logging, one participation rate.

Steps are just the start. Everything an employee logs rolls into the same number, so participation reflects the whole program, not one activity.

What the dashboard does for you

It spots what changed, and points you at what to do.

You don't have to dig through the raw numbers to find the story.

AI · read-only

Leadership insights

The AI reads aggregated signals, no personal data, and writes up what moved and where to look. It only reports, it never touches your setup.

Admins see the crowd, not the person.

  • Status, not health

Employee reports show active, inactive or dormant. No weight, BMI or assessment answers, ever.

  • No PII in the AI

Leadership insights run on aggregated buckets. No personal data is sent to the model.

  • Aggregate by default

Every view is org or cohort level, hosted in your chosen region and HIPAA-guideline aligned on health data.

Questions HR asks in week one

Straight answers on the dashboard

Every view is aggregate, hosted in your chosen region. Bring your reporting needs to the demo.

Is the participation data real-time?−
Yes. The overview reflects live enrollment and activity, with deltas against the prior period and sparklines, filterable by date, country, department, age and gender.
Are the insights AI, and the recommended actions too?+
The leadership insights are AI-generated from aggregated signals with no PII sent to the model, and they are read-only. The recommended actions are rule-based shortcuts, up to five, not AI and not automations.
Can admins see an individual employee's health data?+
No. Employee reports show participation status only. Weight, BMI and assessment answers are never visible to an admin, and insights run on aggregated data.
What can we export for the board?+
Employee status, leaderboard, transaction and redemption reports to CSV, and completion certificates to PDF. League reports are available on annual plans.
What is included versus on an annual plan?+
The KPI overview, filters, At a Glance, recommended actions and the standard reports are included. Wellness Leagues and Health Insights are on annual plans, set up with your account manager. Health Insights is whitelist-gated, narrower than a plain annual plan.
Can the dashboard report across multiple countries?+
Yes. A multi-country org can read participation by unit or region, and data residency stays within the employee's own region (India, US, EU or UAE).
Do I need IT or a BI tool to export?+
No. The CSV export is one click inside the dashboard. Nothing needs to be provisioned, and no engineering ticket is required.
