In one line

Every feature shares one participation surface. Steps, workouts, nutrition, mindfulness and health metrics all feed the same challenges and the same participation rate in Vantage Fit, so effort logged anywhere counts everywhere. HR ends up with one participation rate instead of six disconnected tools.

The capabilities

Fourteen features, three audiences.

Each one earns toward the same score. Not every feature is on for every plan, the badges show how each is enabled.

How availability works

Honest about what is on for whom.

Most features are self-serve. Some are part of an annual plan, a few are enabled for select partners, and steps-only Lite Mode keeps things minimal for one-off or privacy-strict programs.

Full experience on the app

The complete Vantage Fit lives on iOS and Android, where all the logging, rings, challenges and library sit.

The web app is focused

On the web, employees get steps and limited manual logging, and HR gets the full admin dashboard. The richer tracking is on mobile.

The short version

What is an employee wellness platform?

An employee wellness platform is one app where a workforce logs steps, workouts, nutrition, mindfulness and health metrics, and HR runs challenges and reads participation over all of it. In Vantage Fit every feature feeds the same participation rate, so the whole program is measured by one honest number instead of a proprietary score.

How it fits together

Log, count, review.

Every feature on this page plays one of three roles, and together they make participation measurable.

LogEmployees log steps, workouts, meals, mindful minutes and health metrics, from the phone they already carry.
CountEach log becomes participation, on the same footing, so a mindful minute and a walk both count toward challenges and leagues.
ReviewHR reads one participation rate and aggregate insights, and reports it to leadership without ever seeing an individual's health detail.
Defining it

What counts as participation?

Participation is the share of invited employees who logged any tracked activity in a window, a step count, a workout, a logged meal, a mindful minute or a health metric. It is deliberately broad, so a deskless worker who walks and a desk worker who meditates both count. That breadth is why the participation rate is a fairer read of a program than a single narrow metric, and why every feature here feeds it.

Questions about the platform

Where HR usually starts

Explore any capability from the grid above, or talk to us about what fits your program.

What ties all these features together?−
One participation surface. Steps, workouts, nutrition, mindfulness and health metrics all feed the same challenges and the same participation rate, so effort in any of them counts.
Is every feature available on every plan?+
No. Most are self-serve on standard plans. Leagues and Health Insights are part of an annual plan, Workforce Health and lab reports are enabled for select partners, and Lite Mode is steps-only.
Does it all work on the web?+
The full experience is on the iOS and Android app. The web app is focused on steps, limited manual logging and the HR admin dashboard.
Do employees need a wearable?+
No. Steps auto-track from the phone, and manual and content-based tasks need no device at all. A wearable is optional.
What does Vantage Fit cost?+
Vantage Fit is sold on the Grow plan at $1.00 per user per month. Some modules, including lab report analytics and personalized programs, are enabled for selected partner programs rather than self-serve.
Who sees a lab report an employee uploads?+
No. Steps track from the phone on iOS and Android. Apple Watch, Fitbit and Garmin can be connected by employees who already own one, and only add accuracy.
