Employee fitness tracking that counts more than steps.

Strength work, sports, GPS runs and whatever watch someone already wears. It all logs in one app, and it all counts toward the same participation score as walking.

Vantage Fit GPS workout screen showing a mapped route with distance, pace and splits

A GPS run with live distance, pace and per-kilometre splits, mapped as it happens.

In one line

Beyond steps, Vantage Fit logs GPS runs and rides with distance, pace and per-kilometre splits, strength by reps or minutes, and dozens of sports. Employees connect an Apple Watch, Fitbit or Garmin if they own one. Only one primary source counts at a time, which keeps each day's total honest.

Beyond the step count

Dozens of ways to count a workout.

The step count leaves out the people lifting, cycling or on a court after work. This doesn't.

Strength logs by reps or by minutes, it's a log, not a coaching program. A phone-camera squat tracker and a built-in 7-minute workout are there too.

GPS workouts

Run, walk, cycle or wheelchair, mapped and honestly measured.

Live distance, pace, a route map and per-split timings, with an iOS Live Activity on the Lock Screen.

Impossible pace is rejectedA run or walk faster than 3.5 minutes per km is thrown out, split by split.

No cycling pace capCycling has no pace limit, so genuine fast rides still count. We would rather say that than fake a cleaner story.

Vantage Fit connected devices screen showing wearable sync options

Connect a wearable, or none. One primary source keeps the count honest.

Wearable integration

Connect the device an employee already uses.

A wearable is optional. When employees bring one, Vantage Fit keeps the source rules clear.

Full Mode only. Fitness tools are unavailable in Lite Mode, which is steps only. Employees connect Fitbit and Garmin themselves. HR sees aggregate connection statistics, not an individual's route. Simultaneous-activity prevention and Lite Mode changes require VC Support.
Part of the same score

A logged run becomes a leaderboard row.

  • Every workout lands on the same record

A lift, ride or yoga session feeds participation alongside steps, so the gym crowd counts too.

  • Any activity can headline a challenge

Run a workout-minutes or a distance challenge, not just a step race, and everyone has a way in.

  • In the app, on Full-Mode plans

Workout logging and GPS live in the mobile app. They're part of Full Mode, not the steps-only Lite Mode.

Questions before rollout

What counts, and what doesn't

Device connections are employee self-service, and admins see only aggregate connection stats.

Is strength tracking a full workout program?−
No. Strength logs by reps or by minutes, for lifts like bench, squats and deadlifts. It records what happened. It is not a coaching program with sets, RPE or progressive overload.
Which workouts get GPS tracking?+
Running, walking, cycling and wheelchair workouts. Those four get live distance, pace, per-split timings and a route map.
Do watch workouts import automatically?+
On iPhone, a tap brings the workout across from Apple Health. On Android, it comes through Health Connect. Either way, duplicates are blocked.
Can employees use their own Garmin, Fitbit or Apple Watch?+
Yes. Fitbit and Garmin connect directly, Apple Watch syncs through Apple Health, and Samsung works as an Android device. Dozens of other apps feed in too. One primary device is the source at a time, so nothing double-counts.
How do you stop people gaming a run?+
A run or walk at an impossible pace is rejected split by split. Low-accuracy GPS points get dropped, and Android watches for vehicle-like movement.
Is it in Lite Mode?+
No. Workout logging and GPS are part of Full Mode. Lite Mode is steps only.
