An employee uploads a blood-work report and it is read automatically into clear, personal guidance. HR only ever sees the anonymized picture across the workforce.
Sample (non-client) data. General wellness guidance, not medical advice.
An employee submits a blood-work PDF or photo, and AI reads it into private, personal wellness guidance inside Vantage Fit. HR sees only anonymized, organisation-level prevalence by health area, with no team, department or individual breakdown. This is a premium module, enabled for selected partner programs.
Upload a PDF or a photo of a blood-work or health-check report, from iOS, Android or the web, and an AI pipeline does the reading. Nothing is typed in by hand.
Diabetes and metabolic, heart, liver, kidney, thyroid, blood health, vitamin deficiency and inflammation, each flagged in range or out of range.
Suggestions are general wellness guidance, not medical advice, and every screen says so. Employees can view their history and delete a report for good, any time.
Uploads accept PDF up to 30MB, or JPEG and PNG images. Extraction is automated and should be checked against the original report.
Lab report analytics is a premium, limited-availability module, typically for annual partners already running health check-ups. Your account manager enables it per company.
Currently offered to selected organizations, switched on for your company by your account manager.
Once the module is on, employees upload their own reports from mobile or the web, self-serve.
The module is hidden entirely on steps-only Lite Mode plans, so it never appears where it does not apply.
Bulk upload over SFTP is in production for one company today, not a general offering, arranged case by case with the integration team. Launched with AI analysis in Q2 2025.
Workforce health risk analytics turns voluntary lab reports into an aggregate, de-identified picture of population risk, alongside a private plan for each employee who uploads. In Vantage Fit an employee uploads their own report, gets their own read, and HR only ever sees counts by risk band, never a name or a raw value. It is not a diagnosis, and it is a narrow, opt-in surface.
Each biomarker maps to a band, so the picture is meaningful without exposing a lab value.
Employee-owned, private, and opt-in.
The employee sees their own report, their own bands and their own suggestions, in full. HR sees de-identified counts by risk band across enough people to stay anonymous, and nothing that points to a person. The report itself, and the raw biomarker values, never leave the employee's private view. Where a BAA applies, it covers this lab-report pipeline specifically.
This module is premium and whitelist-enabled. Talk to your account manager about turning it on.
