Sleep, heart rate, and weight. Next to the step count.

A bedtime and a wake time. A weight update. Each one writes an activity-log entry, so it counts like a step.

In one line

Sleep, heart rate, weight, blood pressure and other vitals log in the same Vantage Fit app that counts steps. Each update feeds the same participation score as a challenge task. The individual record stays with the employee, so HR sees aggregate trends rather than anyone's readings.

The health profile

What the profile actually takes.

Employees fill in what they know. Partial data still works, and the calculated numbers follow.

Optional deeper assessment

A personal result, not an HR score.

The Health Risk Assessment is a separate, skippable questionnaire for employees who want a deeper view.

0-100% personal fitness resultSeven bands run from Critical through Excellent, with personalized tips.
Optional from start to finishEmployees can skip it without penalty. It is not required for calorie targets.
About 20% completionObserved in one cohort.
HRA answers stay personal, and activity level only tunes calorie goals, never HR targeting. The assessment is absent from Lite Mode and creates no web-app logging surface.
What we can show, we label

The employee owns the record.

  • The camera reading is awareness-level

A helpful check, not a medical-grade or clinical measurement, and the app says so.

  • HR sees the aggregate, never the vitals

Individual weight, blood pressure and assessment answers stay with the employee. Admins get org-level views only.

  • Handled with care

Hosted in your chosen region and HIPAA-guideline aligned. Deeper lab-report handling, with BAA, lives on the security page.

Questions before rollout

Who sees what

Vitals, sleep and the assessment are employee-managed, in the mobile app, on Full-Mode plans.

Is the camera heart-rate reading accurate?−
Awareness-level. It is a quick self-check with a finger on the camera, not a clinical measurement. Anyone wanting precision connects a wearable, and the app is clear about the difference.
Do employees have to complete the health assessment?+
No. It is optional and it is private. Skip it and nothing else is gated, with no penalty.
Can HR see an employee's vitals?+
No. Weight, blood pressure and assessment answers stay with the employee. HR only ever sees org-level aggregates.
Does logging a vital count toward anything?+
Yes. Every vitals or weight update writes into the activity log by itself, so it feeds the participation score with no extra step.
Does it work on the web, or in Lite Mode?+
Vitals, sleep and the assessment live in the mobile app on Full-Mode plans. They are not part of the steps-only Lite Mode.
Can HR require employees to log health metrics?+
No. Logging vitals is voluntary. HR can make a metric a challenge task and see participation counts, but cannot force an entry or open anyone's readings.
Which metrics can employees track?+
Sleep, heart rate, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar and body measurements, alongside steps and workouts. Type them in, or let a connected wearable do it.
Do health metrics feed the same participation score as steps?+
Yes. A logged vital counts toward a challenge exactly as a step total or a workout does. Someone who tracks sleep and blood pressure is taking part, not sitting outside the program.
