Wellness leagues that outlast any one challenge.

Every employee sits in a tier, worked out from their rolling step average. It runs in the background all year, so there is always something to climb, including the quiet weeks between challenges.

Illustrative sample data. Thresholds shown are the defaults, adjustable by your HR admin.

In one line

Gold, Silver and Bronze tiers run continuously in Vantage Fit, set by each employee's rolling average of daily steps. Because nothing resets, there is always something to climb between challenges. Your HR admin sets every threshold during setup, and the phone tracks steps, so nobody needs a wearable.

How the tiers work

Your tier follows a rolling average, not a single big day.

Leagues recalculate continuously on a rolling window, so a tier reflects a steady habit rather than one heroic Sunday. There is no start or finish line to wait for.

Three tiers, set to your workforce

Gold, Silver and Bronze come with sensible step defaults, and your HR admin can move every threshold to fit your people.

A configurable rolling window

The average runs over a rolling window, most companies use 7 or 30 days, so the standings stay current without a reset.

No wearable required

Steps come from the phone pedometer or a connected app. A fitness band is welcome, never a condition to compete.

The difference

A leaderboard is an event. A league is a state.

They are not alternatives. Most programs run both, and the league is what holds the floor between campaigns.

For HR, once it is on

Standings you can actually report on.

Enabling leagues, the thresholds and the rolling window is set up with your account manager. After that, the reporting is yours to run.

  • Standings, trends and distribution

See current tiers, weekly, monthly and yearly trends, and how people are distributed by department or country.

  • Paginated reports and CSV export

Pull the standings into a report or export to CSV for your own review, no IT ticket needed.

  • An annual, managed feature

Leagues are part of an annual plan and configured with your account manager, not a day-one self-serve toggle.

Questions before rollout

How the tiers hold up

Employees find their tier in the mobile app. The reporting lives in the admin dashboard.

Do the tier thresholds have to be 7,000 and 5,000?−
No, those are just the defaults. Your HR admin adjusts every threshold during setup to suit the workforce you have.
How is my tier calculated?+
From a rolling average of daily steps over a window you choose. Most companies pick 7 or 30 days. It recalculates continuously, so nobody waits for a campaign to start.
Do I need a fitness band?+
No. The phone pedometer is enough, and steps can come from a connected app instead. A wearable only ever adds accuracy.
How is a league different from a challenge leaderboard?+
A leaderboard ranks people inside one challenge and resets when it ends. A league never resets. It covers the whole company and stays live in the background while the feature is on.
How do we turn leagues on?+
Leagues are an annual, managed feature. Your account manager turns them on and sets the tiers and the window. They are not part of the steps-only Lite Mode.
Do leagues replace challenges?+
No, they sit alongside each other. Challenges are time-boxed programs you launch; leagues just keep running on the step average underneath. That way something is always live.
