Participation trend across the challenge

Illustrative data

Rollout confidence

Easy to join. Fair to run. Clear about data.

Phone-first access

Employees can join without buying a fitness tracker. Supported wearables can connect too.

Local days, global program

Start, finish, and daily reset follow each participant's local time zone.

Leaderboard privacy

Employees can hide from individual rankings and continue participating.

Bounded HR visibility

HR sees participation and challenge results, not individual personal health records.

Wearables are optional, not the price of admission.

One primary source. Less logging. No duplicate steps.

1

Sync without a new device

Phone, Apple Health, Fitbit or Garmin. One primary source, no double-counting.

2

Give effort a visible destination

Show the next milestone, not just a number at day's end.

3

Create fair social momentum

Team standings use average scores, so effort beats team size.

4

Recognize progress your way

Points, badges and completion recognition, on or off.

Data integrity

A leaderboard your skeptics can audit

When rewards ride on steps, the count has to be trustworthy. Five checks keep the leaderboard honest.

Trusted sources only

Only recognized apps and devices count. Unknown sources are rejected.

One device at a time

One primary source per person, so nothing double-counts.

Anomaly and GPS checks

Implausible spikes and non-walking GPS are filtered out.

Three-day results buffer

Winners are confirmed after a three-day sync window.

Manual entry off by default

Typed-in steps stay off unless you enable them.

Control for HR and wellbeing teams

Launch in minutes. Keep momentum. Leave with proof.

One admin workflow, not device data, spreadsheets, and winner updates.

1

Set the experience

Format, dates, visibility, and audience, in 5 to 10 minutes.

2

Bring people in

Add or bulk-upload participants and configure teams.

3

Read the room while it is live

Track standings and nudge participants when momentum dips.

4

Close with a credible result

Export participant, department, step, and rank data to CSV.

Questions before rollout

The practical answers your team will ask for

Need a deeper technical or security review? Bring your requirements to the demo and we'll route them to the right team.

Talk to a program specialist →

Do employees need a smartwatch or fitness tracker?
No. A phone can provide step data through Apple Health on iPhone or the supported Android step path. Employees can also connect supported wearables such as Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Watch.
Can we run a team challenge without favoring the largest team?+
Yes, in formats that support teams. Team standings are based on average member scores rather than total team size. Race is intentionally an individual, pure-steps format; choose Streak, Journey, or a Custom challenge when team configuration is needed.
What can HR see about employees?+
Admins can see participation status, challenge rankings, team scores, registration status, last-active date, and aggregate program measures. They cannot see individual weight, health assessment answers, lab results, food diaries, mood logs, or sleep records.
What can we report after the challenge?+
HR can export the filtered leaderboard to CSV with participant, department, score, step, team, and ranking fields. The dashboard also provides live step, score, and team leaderboard views.
