# Health Metrics page brief

## Page job

Prove to an HR buyer that Vantage Fit captures a fuller employee health picture without creating a second workflow. Sleep, heart rate, weight, vitals, goals, and the optional HRA live beside activity tracking, and each update becomes an activity-log entry.

**URL:** `/features/health-metrics/`
**Primary keyword:** employee health metrics tracking platform
**Audience:** US HR and benefits leaders evaluating product depth, privacy boundaries, and rollout requirements.

## Core message

**Health updates belong beside the step count.** Employees use the mobile app to add or sync health metrics. Vantage Fit creates the corresponding activity log automatically, so the update reaches the same participation surface without duplicate entry.

## Page structure

1. Hero: a concise capability statement, product screenshot, and a “today’s health log” rail that makes the participation connection visible.
2. One update, one log: three concrete flows for sleep, heart rate, and weight or vitals.
3. HRA product proof: the optional personal assessment, seven result bands, and honest rollout gates.
4. Goals and calorie inputs: BMI bands, highlighted goal, and activity level correctly framed as a personal calorie input.
5. Privacy and availability: mobile-only Full-Mode, Lite exclusions, Health Connect imports, and the separate lab-report path.
6. Related employee capabilities and a compact demo CTA.

## Visual direction

Use the existing Noto Sans, canvas, ink, coral, mint, 22px radii, shell, buttons, nav, and footer from `styles/enterprise.css`. The hero uses a white-to-soft-coral field. Its signature is a vertical “today” rail, not a KPI grid. Product imagery remains the strongest proof. A workplace review photograph adds the human context without showing personal answers or named health data.

The plan was checked against the visual peers. A chart-heavy dashboard hero was removed because Health Metrics is an employee logging capability, not an HR analytics page. The revised composition makes the automatic activity-log entry the memorable mechanic.

## Facts to show

- Sleep uses bedtime and wake-time, with a manual override and a confirm-before-overwrite prompt when wearable data exists.
- Heart rate can sync from a wearable or use the phone camera. Camera readings are awareness-level, not medical-grade.
- Weight and vitals updates create an activity-log entry automatically.
- BMI uses Underweight, Normal, Overweight, and Obese bands with an ideal-weight range.
- Lose Weight, Reduce Belly Fat, Gain Muscle, and Be Fitter remain selectable. The suggested goal is highlighted, never forced.
- Activity level is a personal calorie input, never an audience-targeting field.
- The HRA is optional, skippable, Full-Mode only, and returns a personal 0–100% result across seven bands from Critical to Excellent.
- Android Health Connect can import supported weight, sleep, heart rate, calories, and distance data.

## Proof and gates

Use the 30-day average BMI of 24 from Tata Motors only with `[VERIFY]`. State the HRA completion figure as approximately 20% for one cohort and mark it `[VERIFY]`. Do not use the Brazosport claim.

Full-Mode covers vitals, BMI, weight, sleep, and HRA on mobile. Lite Mode is steps only. Lab reports are a separate whitelisted enterprise path with BAA provisions for HIPAA compliance and HIPAA-guideline-aligned handling. Do not frame the whole platform as certified.
