# Personalized Programs page brief

## Page job

Prove that Vantage Fit offers two distinct employee program systems: curated Training Plans that run as personal challenges, and an admin-managed Content Library whose items can become challenge tasks. The reader is an HR buyer who needs an accurate view of ownership, availability, and scale.

**URL:** `/features/personalized-programs/`
**Primary keywords:** structured workplace wellness plans; corporate wellness training programs
**Secondary keyword:** corporate wellness content library

## Core message

**Give employees a plan, then give HR the content to support the wider program.** Training Plans are personal, VFit-managed challenges chosen by the employee. Content Library items are self-serve program materials that HR can publish and use as tasks. They connect through participation, but they are not one blended catalog.

## Page structure

1. Hero: lead with the two available Training Plans and show the Content Library as a clearly separated second system.
2. Training Plan catalog: 2 available and 7 coming soon, with exact plan names where locked.
3. Enrollment flow: three questions, a week-by-week preview, next-Monday start, personal challenge tracking, and the employee-only quit rule.
4. Training Plan ownership: VFit-curated, select-partner enabled, read-only HR reporting, no certificate.
5. Content Library: six content formats, content-as-task, quiz behavior, `activity_id 1015`, and health-profile targeting.
6. Admin ownership: self-serve content CRUD once Programs is enabled, plus ops-gated Health Bites creation, marketplace, language versions, and targeting.
7. Related pages and one CTA band.

## Visual direction

Use `styles/enterprise.css` and the established Noto Sans, ink, coral, mint, canvas, nav, rounded buttons, cards, and footer. The signature is a visible center seam dividing a dark Training Plans lane from a light Content Library lane. The distinction persists across the page through labels, surface color, and control language.

The first concept placed plans and content in one filterable catalog. It was rejected because it implies common ownership and availability. The revised two-lane composition makes the product boundary legible before the buyer reads the details.

Use the assigned challenge journey and challenge mobile shots as plan and task-flow evidence. Do not call either a content-library screenshot. Add a people photograph to ground the plan in an employee’s routine.

## Facts to show

- Exactly 2 plans are available: Couch to 5K and Walking Habit Plan. Exactly 7 are coming soon.
- Enrollment asks weeks from 4–8, training days per week from 3–6, and which days. The plan starts next Monday after a weekly preview.
- Couch to 5K progresses from about 1 km to 5–6 km, tapers in the final week, and uses rest days on unselected days.
- The plan runs as a personal challenge with automatic or manual tracking.
- Only the employee can stop the plan. HR cannot create, modify, stop, or selectively disable individual plans. HR gets read-only ongoing-program reporting.
- Personal plans do not issue certificates.
- Content formats include Article, Video, Podcast, Webinar, Health Bites, and quizzes.
- Content can be a challenge task. Health Bites completion logs `activity_id 1015`; pass and fail both log.
- Content targeting uses age, gender, and health profile, never activity level.

## Gates

Training Plans are select-partner and ops-enabled. Content CRUD is self-serve once Programs is enabled. Marketplace, Health Bites creation, multilingual versions, and demographic targeting require ops support. Lite clients receive no Programs sections by default.
