# Wellness Leagues page brief

## Page job

Prove that Vantage Fit can sustain an always-on company step competition after a challenge ends. The page must help an HR buyer distinguish persistent leagues from campaign leaderboards and understand the annual, ops-configured setup.

**URL:** `/features/wellness-leagues/`
**Primary keyword:** employee wellness league system
**Secondary keyword:** corporate fitness tier ranking

## Core message

**The same daily steps that feed a challenge also place employees into an always-on league tier.** Gold, Silver, and Bronze recalculate against a rolling average while the league is enabled. A time-bound leaderboard still belongs to its individual challenge and resets with that campaign.

## Page structure

1. Hero: three large tier shields on a rolling-window track, supported by workplace movement photography.
2. Tier mechanic: defaults, adjustable thresholds, and a configurable rolling average window with 7 or 30 days typical.
3. League versus leaderboard: a side-by-side timeline showing persistence versus campaign start and end dates.
4. Employee experience: mobile-only weekly history with no wearable requirement.
5. Admin reporting: standings, weekly, monthly, and yearly trends, department and country distribution, pagination, and CSV export after enablement.
6. Annual setup and Lite exclusions, then related pages and one CTA band.

## Visual direction

Use the existing Vantage Fit design system from `styles/enterprise.css`. Keep Noto Sans, ink, coral, mint, canvas, shared nav, buttons, footer, and 22px radius. Use the locked tier colors only for the league shields: Gold `#B9924E`, Silver `#798C92`, Bronze `#7F573D`.

The signature element is a continuous rolling-window track with the three tier shields. It encodes persistence rather than showing a ranked table. The first concept used a podium, but that reads as a winner-take-all leaderboard. The revised track makes movement between bands the visual idea and fits an always-on system.

The assigned badges screenshot appears only as adjacent app evidence. Its caption explicitly states that achievements are supporting app context, not the league UI. The required photograph shows inclusive movement, not a named customer or event.

## Facts to show

- Gold defaults to more than 7,000 average daily steps, Silver to 5,000–7,000, and Bronze to below 5,000. Every threshold is default and adjustable by the HR admin.
- Ranking uses a configurable rolling average window, with 7 or 30 days typical. The older 21-day reference is legacy and must not appear.
- Leagues remain active while enabled and recalculate through the rolling window.
- Employees can review week-by-week history in the mobile app. There is no employee web league UI.
- A phone pedometer is sufficient. A wearable is not required.
- Admins get standings, time trends, distribution by department and country, paginated reporting, and CSV export once the league is enabled.

## Proof and gates

Do not use client-attributed tier distribution or an unqualified health-benefit claim. Enablement, thresholds, and the rolling window are annual and ops-configured through the account manager. Reporting is self-serve after enablement. Leagues are absent from Lite Mode.
