Vantage Fit homepage redesign

Executive recommendation

Reposition Vantage Fit around one enterprise promise:

Turn employee wellbeing into measurable participation.

The homepage should help a senior HR buyer answer five questions in five screens:

  1. Is this built to improve participation?
  2. Why will employees keep using it?
  3. Can HR measure and improve the program?
  4. Has it worked for organizations like mine?
  5. Will it pass enterprise security and privacy review?

The live site already contains many of the right ingredients, but it distributes them across a long, feature-heavy story. The shortlisted prototype improves the participation narrative, but expands it into roughly eleven body sections and omits two late-stage buying requirements: customer video proof and enterprise trust.

The recommended homepage uses five 100svh-style sections on large screens, natural-height sections on mobile, one primary CTA, and progressive disclosure through tabs, video, navigation, and an AI buyer assistant. Navigation and supporting pages carry the detailed inventory; the homepage carries the decision story.

Working assumptions and claim discipline

1. Homepage audit and recommendations

A. Messaging weaknesses

What works

What needs to improve

  1. The hero does not make the enterprise buyer explicit.

The current copy could address a 200-person company or a global enterprise. Add “enterprise HR teams” and make global rollout, measurement, and privacy visible early.

  1. The value proposition stops at use, rather than business control.

“Employees actually use” is an excellent opening, but senior buyers also need: “HR can prove adoption, find participation gaps, and improve the program.”

  1. The first major H2 is generic.

“How Corporate Wellness programs help?” is awkward, category-level copy. It does not advance the Vantage Fit story.

  1. “Cue > Action > Reward” is internal product logic, not buyer value.

The model is useful, but it should be translated into a participation loop: relevant invitation, visible progress, meaningful reward, measurable improvement.

  1. Feature copy describes the platform more than the buyer outcome.

The five large feature tabs explain what exists, but not how each capability increases participation, reduces HR administration, or improves executive reporting.

  1. Analytics language is broad.

“Actionable insights” and “assess program success” are less persuasive than the actual dashboard story: participation snapshot → trend versus target → department breakdown → recommended action.

  1. Some claims create proof risk.

“One defensible ROI number for your CFO” is stronger than the evidence currently presented. The $250 healthcare savings item has no destination in the current homepage content. Remove it from the primary proof layer unless the methodology and source are published.

  1. The Vantage Circle platform advantage is missing.

If strategically important, supporting copy or the footer can note that Vantage Fit is part of the Vantage Circle employee experience suite. It should not distract from the single-product homepage promise.

B. UX/UI issues

  1. The navigation is overpopulated.

The live mega menus expose roughly 10 Solutions, 14 Features, and many Resources before the visitor has chosen a path. The categories mix use cases, challenge formats, product features, and technical capabilities.

  1. The page has too many equally weighted sections.

Hero, statistics, habit loop, feature tabs, testimonials, “Why Vantage Fit,” a second video, security, blogs, and final CTA all compete for attention. The shortlisted prototype expands this further with separate problem, engine, experience, measurement, proof, responsible participation, buying, FAQ, and final CTA sections.

  1. The visual hierarchy does not track the buying journey.

Security is a badge strip rather than a buyer-grade explanation. Customer videos appear after substantial scrolling. Blog content receives almost the same page weight as customer evidence.

  1. Product value is fragmented across decorative visuals.

Tall “Cue / Action / Reward” cards and the large feature-tab scene consume substantial vertical space without showing the employee-to-HR feedback loop.

  1. Motion and dark/glow treatments can overpower the content.

Count-up animations, card entrances, hero tilt, glows, tab backgrounds, and carousels create energy, but also add cognitive and performance cost. Enterprise buyers benefit from calm, precise motion attached to product meaning.

  1. Mobile relies on horizontal carousels and accordions for core content.

This hides comparison and makes the story harder to scan. The new structure should stack the five decisions naturally on mobile.

  1. Security details are too far from the badge claim.

A US enterprise evaluator needs to understand regional hosting, personal-health-data boundaries, encryption, SSO, and implementation—not only see logos.

C. Conversion opportunities

  1. Keep Book a demo as the single primary CTA throughout.
  2. Add a proof-oriented secondary CTA in the hero: Watch a customer story.
  3. Explain the demo before the final CTA: employee experience, sample challenge, participation dashboard, security requirements.
  4. Move a US Benefits leader’s video story above the security section.
  5. Pair qualitative video proof with one verified, time-bounded outcome.
  6. Add Review security & privacy as a late-stage buyer path.
  7. Replace the full homepage blog block with one Resources link in navigation and footer.
  8. Offer an AI buyer assistant for high-intent questions such as participation measurement, HR visibility into health data, SSO, integrations, rollout, and pricing.
  9. Track the buyer journey, not just demo clicks:

D. Content to retain

E. Content to remove or consolidate

Page-level messaging hierarchy

  1. Category: Enterprise employee wellness platform.
  2. Differentiated promise: Employees choose to participate; HR can measure and improve that participation.
  3. Mechanism: Inclusive challenges + communications + team momentum + meaningful rewards.
  4. Operational value: Launch, target, manage, and report from one admin experience.
  5. Proof: Named customer outcomes and Benefits-leader videos.
  6. Trust: Regional data residency, aggregate reporting, personal health privacy, security program, SSO/integrations.

Sustain momentum beyond a single campaign.

Run relevant programs across locations and time zones.

Program goals

Launch focused campaigns with flexible formats.

Support activity, mindfulness, sleep, nutrition, and everyday habits.

Connect meaningful progress to recognition and rewards.

Track participation, trends, gaps, and program outcomes.

4. Five-screen homepage wireframe

The “full-screen” behavior should use min-height: calc(100svh - header) on desktop, not a hard fixed height. Content must be allowed to grow at browser zoom and on smaller laptops. On mobile, sections use natural height.

6. UX/UI rationale

Why screen 1 exists

Senior buyers decide quickly whether a page understands their priority. The hero makes the business problem and the measurable outcome the same idea. A real product-shaped dashboard gives the participation claim substance, while the employee-app overlay shows that the metric is created by an experience employees actually use.

The secondary CTA goes to customer evidence rather than generic product detail. This serves buyers who need trust before they will book.

Why screen 2 exists

Participation cannot be presented as a dashboard metric alone. This screen explains the mechanism that creates it. The three-step loop is more useful than a feature inventory because it connects product capability to behavior.

The employee/HR toggle demonstrates the platform’s two-sided value without creating two separate sections. Employees get relevance and momentum; HR gets control and manageability.

Why screen 3 exists

Enterprise HR leaders need a defensible measurement model and a way to act on it. The screen mirrors the admin dashboard’s strongest information architecture:

Participation now → trend vs target → cohort gap → recommended action

The page deliberately keeps the Organizational Wellness Score as a supporting measure, not the hero claim. Participation is easier to explain to a CHRO, CFO, or Benefits committee.

The privacy line appears next to analytics because that is exactly when a buyer asks, “What can HR see?”

Why screen 4 exists

Video reduces the perceived risk of buying from a less familiar provider. Rachel Arthur is the strongest lead for the US audience because her Benefits & Wellness role and school-district context closely match the target buyer. The outcome chip converts a qualitative endorsement into a business proof point without rewriting the customer’s words.

Two secondary videos provide breadth without requiring a separate carousel section. Tata Motors and IBS Software add quantified global-enterprise evidence.

Why screen 5 exists

Security cannot remain a logo strip for a US enterprise sale. This screen translates badges into buyer-relevant assurances: residency, privacy boundaries, access, integrations, and rollout. Combining trust and the final CTA means the last objection and the next action sit together.

Visual direction

Responsive behavior

Conversion design

AI-first experience rationale

An AI-first marketing site should reduce evaluation effort, not merely add animated generative decoration. The assistant is valuable because Vantage Fit already has detailed help, security, pricing, and customer content. Retrieval-grounded answers turn that content into an on-demand enterprise sales engineer while preserving the five-screen homepage.

The site can also remember an explicitly selected lens—CHRO, Benefits, Wellbeing, or IT/Security—and reorder suggested prompts or proof. It should not silently infer sensitive traits or rewrite core claims per visitor.

Recommended launch validation

Before production:

  1. Confirm the exact participation definition and default reporting window with Product/Data.
  2. Validate each customer outcome against its case study and approval record.
  3. Confirm approved customer logos and testimonial usage rights.
  4. Reconcile “100+” versus other organization-count claims across the site.
  5. Approve precise HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and GDPR wording with Security/Legal.
  6. Confirm US-region hosting language and whether customers select the region contractually.
  7. Confirm the supported SSO, HRIS, SFTP, wearable, localization, and reward-market coverage for US enterprise deals.
  8. Add captions and transcripts to all three videos.
  9. Test the five-screen layout at 200% zoom and common 13-inch laptop heights.
  10. Instrument the conversion events listed in the audit.
