Rollout confidence Easy to join. Fair to run. Clear about data.
Phone-first access

Employees can join without buying a fitness tracker. Supported wearables can connect too.

Local days, global program

Start, finish, and daily reset follow each participant’s local time zone.

Leaderboard privacy

Employees can hide from individual rankings and continue participating.

Bounded HR visibility

HR sees participation and challenge results—not individual personal health records.

Four step-program formats

Choose the behavior you want to create.

Start with a proven format, then set the audience, dates, and experience around your workforce.

Spark a short burst

Make the goal instantly clear: walk the most.

A pure steps leaderboard with no daily target or extra tasks. Best for a fast, visible company sprint.

Designed for follow-through

Make the first step easy—and the next one visible.

Participation grows when logging disappears into the background, progress feels personal, and shared momentum stays close at hand.

One primary source. Less logging. No duplicate steps.

Employees connect the phone or supported device path they already use.

Steps sync
Phone Apple Health Fitbit Garmin
Wearables are optional—not the price of admission.
01

Sync without a new device.

Steps can flow from a phone, Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, and supported Android device paths. One primary source helps prevent double-counting.

02

Give effort a visible destination.

Show the next milestone, the current week, overall progress, or a team’s standing—not just a raw number at day’s end.

03

Create fair social momentum.

Run individual or team experiences where supported. Team standings use average member scores, so contribution matters more than team size.

04

Recognize progress your way.

Add milestone points, completion recognition, notifications, or rewards when enabled—or run a simple challenge without them.

Control for HR and wellbeing teams

Launch in minutes. Keep momentum. Leave with proof.

Run the program from one admin workflow instead of stitching together device data, spreadsheets, and winner updates.

01
Set the experience

Choose a format, dates, visibility, and audience. A standard challenge can be configured in 5–10 minutes.

02
Bring people in

Add individuals, bulk upload participants, invite employees, and configure teams where supported.

03
Read the room while it is live

Monitor standings, search or filter the cohort, and send participant notifications when momentum needs a lift.

04
Close with a credible result

Allow for final device syncs, then export participant, department, score, step, and rank data to CSV.

Questions before rollout

The practical answers your team will ask for.

Talk to a program specialist →
Do employees need a smartwatch or fitness tracker?
No. A phone can provide step data through Apple Health on iPhone or the supported Android step path. Employees can also connect supported wearables such as Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Watch.
Can we run a team challenge without favoring the largest team?
Yes, in formats that support teams. Team standings are based on average member scores rather than total team size. Race is intentionally an individual, pure-steps format; choose Streak, Journey, or a Custom challenge when team configuration is needed.
What can HR see about employees?
Admins can see participation status, challenge rankings, team scores, registration status, last-active date, and aggregate program measures. They cannot see individual weight, health assessment answers, lab results, food diaries, mood logs, or sleep records.
Can one challenge work across countries and time zones?
Yes. Challenge start, end, and daily reset are localized to each participant’s time zone, so every employee receives the same number of calendar days. Admin report date filters use the admin’s time zone.
What can we report after the challenge?
HR can export the filtered leaderboard to CSV with participant, department, score, step, team, and ranking fields. The dashboard also provides live step, score, and team leaderboard views.
