## Research takeaways

Preferred the facts lock when sources disagreed.

- **5 self-serve formats (lock + help + OS + dashboard):** Custom (multi-week, weekly themes, drag-and-drop task config), Race (step competition), Journey (milestones), Streak (daily-target streaks), E-Marathon (steps-to-distance, default 1,000 steps = 1 km). Help formats article matches.
- **Drag-and-drop is Custom only.** Other formats do not get that builder.
- **27 task types:** use the stated count. Lock list shown as chips. Mood may be a task. Answers stay private (not scored, not HR-visible).

- Employees do not manage teams by default.
