Mental wellbeing your whole workforce can take part in.
Vantage Fit turns mindfulness, mood check-ins, sleep, and yoga into team challenges people join and finish. Employees get guided sessions and private tracking. HR gets participation numbers, never personal data.
Most mental health programs are easy to launch and hard to use.
Depression and anxiety cost 12 billion working days a year (WHO). The usual response is a webinar series and an EAP phone number, and the usual outcome is low use, no habits, and nothing to report.
Support arrives once a year
An awareness-month webinar and a helpline poster reach the same small group, then go quiet for eleven months.
Apps get downloaded, then dropped
A meditation app with no social pull or reward behind it loses most people in the first week.
Impact stays unprovable
HR can't report on mental health without touching personal data, so programs get funded on faith and cut on doubt.
These are design problems, not motivation problems. A wellbeing challenge fixes the mechanics: daily guided practice, friendly team momentum, real rewards, and reporting that never exposes a single person.
Build your program from 27 real activities.
A Custom Challenge runs weekly themes with any mix of tasks, each with its own target and points. Start from a template like Mindful March or Stress-Free Month, or build your own.
Mind
Guided practice and a daily emotional pulse, with privacy built in.
Move
For the people who process stress physically, from yoga to step goals.
Rest & fuel
Recovery is half of wellbeing, so sleep and hydration count too.
Learn
Short lessons on stress, sleep, and work-life balance that count as tasks.
A guided session library employees actually open.
Over 30 guided audio sessions across meditation, sleep, relaxation, breathing, and yoga, from one-minute resets to 30-minute deep rests. They play offline, and every completed session counts toward the challenge.
-
Seven categories, zero subscriptions
Top picks, meditation, sleep, relaxation, self-awareness, yoga, and white noise, all inside the app your challenge already lives in.
-
Built for the workday
Sessions run 1 to 34 minutes, so a reset fits between meetings and a wind-down fits before bed.
-
Practice converts to progress
Finished sessions log as mindful minutes automatically, feeding challenge tasks, streaks, and points.
Personal stays personal. Participation stays visible.
A mental health program only works if people trust it. That trust is built into the product, not bolted on with a policy page.
- Mood check-ins are private to the employee. They never appear on leaderboards, admin screens, or reports.
- Rankings are optional. Anyone can hide from leaderboards and still participate and earn points.
- HR reporting is aggregate-only. Participation, completion, and org trends, never individual health data.
- Targeting shows counts, not names. Health-risk audiences return a number, with minimum group sizes enforced.
- No one can win at meditating. Non-step tasks cap at 100% per day, so the leaderboard rewards consistency, not grinding.
- Enterprise-grade handling. SOC 2 Type II compliant, HIPAA-aligned practices, and data residency in the US, EU, India, and UAE.
Launch in minutes. Measure what matters.
Templates carry the configuration, automation carries the momentum, and the dashboard carries the proof.

Questions HR teams ask.
Who can see an employee's mood check-ins?
Only the employee. Mood entries never appear on leaderboards, in admin dashboards, or in reports. HR sees participation counts and aggregate trends, nothing personal.
Do employees need a wearable or a meditation app subscription?
No. Guided meditation and mindfulness sessions play inside Vantage Fit, sleep syncs from phones and common wearables, and everything else is a quick manual log. A phone is enough.
Does this replace our EAP?
No. Vantage Fit builds daily wellbeing habits and sits alongside your EAP, not instead of it. The in-app Marketplace can point employees to your existing counseling and assistance providers.
Can we focus the program on teams that need it most?
Yes. Target by department, location, age group, or health risk code, for example higher-stress groups. Risk-based targeting returns a count, never a list of names, and targeted groups require a minimum of 20 people.
What can we report to leadership?
Participation and completion by challenge and department, task-level engagement such as mindful minutes and sessions completed, and aggregate wellbeing trends over time. Exports are aggregate and audit-logged.
