Not another leaderboard
Both can use the same steps, but they answer different questions and keep different clocks.
Company-wide placement recalculates through the rolling window. Employees can move between Gold, Silver and Bronze without waiting for a new campaign.
A leaderboard ranks participants inside one challenge. It follows the campaign start and end dates, then resets for the next program.
Employee experience
Employees use the mobile app to check their tier and move week by week through history. There is no employee league view on the web.

Achievements are supporting app context. This screenshot is not the league standings UI.
Phone pedometer steps are enough. A wearable can add convenience, but it is not required to enter or move through the league.
Admin reporting
Once the employee wellness league system is active, HR can review standings and distribution without requesting a custom report.
