Vantage Fit Homepage Redesign Brief
Role lens: VP Product Marketing, enterprise B2B HR tech Primary audience: Senior HR leaders, CHROs, Benefits leaders, Wellbeing leaders (US enterprise) North-star metric: Employee participation Design base: vantage-fit-homepage-v1.html (sample) + live site / vantagefit-astro + HR admin dashboard IA Date: 2026-07-30
1. Homepage audit and recommendations
1.1 What the current live homepage does well
| Strength | Evidence | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| Clear category + adoption angle | H1: “The wellness platform employees actually use — launched in days, not months.” | Keep the idea; tighten for US enterprise and participation language |
| Real customer video proof | Rachel Arthur (BISD), Landmark Leisure, Matt Whitmore (BWC) with YouTube assets | Retain as a first-class section (missing in sample) |
| Named client outcomes | Tata Motors 59%, IBS Software 88% | Keep; lead with named clients, not anonymous industry stats |
| Security block exists | “Your data is safe with us” + HIPAA / ISO / GDPR / SOC 2 visual | Retain and elevate for US buyers (missing in sample) |
| CTA discipline | Consistent “Book a Demo” → /request-demo/ | Keep primary CTA; add one secondary path (pricing or “see how it works”) |
| Feature coverage | Challenges, rewards, analytics, plans, engagement hub | Consolidate into buyer outcomes, not a 5-tab product tour |
1.2 Messaging weaknesses (live site)
- North star is implied, not owned.
Copy says “employees actually use” and “participation,” but the hero does not put a participation metric, definition, or HR dashboard in the first viewport. The sample fixes this; the live site does not.
- Proof order is inverted.
Early stats mix strong client proof (Tata, IBS) with a weaker, less attributed claim ($250 healthcare savings per employee per year with no source on homepage). Enterprise buyers trust named program outcomes first.
- Feature-led middle.
The tab section (“Everything your workforce needs…”) lists capabilities without a consistent [pain → approach → outcome → proof] arc. HR leaders do not shop for “Wellness Engagement Hub”; they shop for sustained participation and a board-ready story.
- Cue > Action > Reward is under-explained for buyers.
Three images with almost no HR translation. The behavioral model is a differentiator if framed as how you create habits at scale, not as a design theory diagram.
- Why Vantage Fit is thin.
Three one-liners + a product video + security crammed together. Good ingredients, weak narrative hierarchy.
- Blog block on homepage dilutes conversion.
SEO and thought leadership belong in Resources, not competing with demo intent on the primary money page.
- “100+ organizations” is soft for US enterprise.
Fine as a logo-line support claim; not strong enough as a final CTA headline alone. Prefer named logos + role-matched video proof.
- US enterprise trust is under-sold.
Security exists, but does not address the real objection for an India-based vendor selling health-adjacent data into US enterprises: Where is data hosted? Who sees individual health data? Which certifications apply? How fast can IT approve us?
1.3 UX / UI issues (live site)
| Issue | Why it hurts conversion |
|---|---|
| Long, multi-mode page (hero → stats → CAR → tabs → videos → why → blogs → CTA) | Decision fatigue; key proof buried mid-scroll |
| Hero is product-screenshot heavy, metric-light | CHRO/Benefits leaders want the business KPI first |
| Mobile feature accordion restates the desktop tabs | Good for completeness, bad for scannability |
| Security treated as a footer badge strip inside “Why Vantage Fit” | Trust is a buying gate, not a footnote |
| Blog / recent articles after the sale story | Cools intent right when the buyer should convert |
| Multiple competing visual systems (glows, gradients, tab overlays) | Reads pre-AI-era marketing, not modern enterprise product |
1.4 Conversion opportunities
- Lead with participation as the KPI the demo will prove (matches admin dashboard north star).
- Put role-matched video proof higher (Benefits Director, Training lead, business leader).
- Make security a full section, not a badge cluster.
- Collapse product education into one dual-sided experience (employee delight + HR control).
- One primary CTA path (Book a demo) + one low-friction secondary (View pricing / See how it works).
- Remove homepage blog (or reduce to a single resource strip in footer / nav only).
- Add an explicit “launch in days” + “minimal IT” line for US IT/Benefits gatekeepers.
- Use logo strip immediately under hero for instant pattern-match credibility.
1.5 Content to retain
- Positioning spine: platform employees actually use / participate in
- Launch speed: days, not months
- Challenges + rewards + analytics triad
- Named outcomes: Tata Motors 59%, IBS Software 88%
- Video testimonials (Rachel Arthur / BISD; Landmark Leisure; Matt Whitmore / BWC)
- Security credentials and privacy posture (individual data private; HR sees aggregated program trends)
- Review badges (G2 / Capterra / Gartner) as supporting micro-proof
- Real rewards language (gift cards employees want)
- Dual experience: employee app + HR admin analytics
1.6 Content to remove or consolidate
| Remove / demote | Reason |
|---|---|
| Homepage blog module | Cool-down content; better in Resources |
| Long 5-tab feature carousel as homepage centerpiece | Move depth to Features pages |
| Cue > Action > Reward as a standalone image gallery | Fold into the “how participation grows” engine |
Generic $250 savings unless source is airtight and approved | Prefer named client program stats |
| “Why Vantage Fit?” one-liners as a separate act | Absorb into engine + measurement + trust |
| FAQ wall on homepage (in sample) | Useful later; not required for a 5-section homepage |
| Multiple final CTAs with different stories | One close, one promise |
1.7 Sample homepage assessment (vantage-fit-homepage-v1.html)
Keep as direction:
- Participation-first hero with HR dashboard + employee phone
- Clear north-star language and measurement definition
- Invite → Participate → Reward → Improve loop
- Employee / HR dual experience
- Named, time-bounded proof cards
- Modern visual system (dark hero, high contrast, metric UI)
Must fix for production homepage:
- Too long (~10 content acts before footer). Condense to ~5 full-screen sections.
- No customer testimonial videos.
- Security / compliance is only soft (“purposeful data access”), not enterprise-grade trust theater.
- Nav is prototype-style anchors, not scalable marketing IA (Solutions / Features / Resources / Pricing).
- Some proof language should stay tightly attributed and program-specific.
2. Information architecture for the new homepage
2.1 Storytelling principle
Enterprise HR does not buy “wellness software.” They buy a program that:
- Gets used (participation)
- Stays used (habit / retention past launch week)
- Can be shown to leadership (clear metrics)
- Can clear security / legal (trust)
- Can start soon (implementation risk)
That becomes a five-act homepage.
2.2 Five full-screen sections (recommended)

2.3 Section jobs (what each must accomplish)
| # | Section | Buyer job | Success signal |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Hero | “Is this about the outcome I care about?” | Participation is visible in <3 seconds |
| 2 | Engine | “How does this create participation we can run?” | Buyer can retell the loop in one sentence |
| 3 | Proof | “Has someone like me made this work?” | Video + named stats reduce risk |
| 4 | Trust | “Can Legal/IT approve this?” | Security answers the India→US objection |
| 5 | CTA | “What do I do next?” | One clear demo path |
2.4 Content intentionally not on homepage
Depth pages absorb what the sample currently tries to do on one page:
- Full feature inventory → Features hub / feature pages
- Challenge library / formats → Solutions / Challenges
- Measurement methodology deep dive → Analytics / Admin Dashboard feature page
- Case study long-form → Resources / Case studies
- Blog / guides → Resources
- Pricing detail → Pricing
- FAQ → Pricing or Demo page, or a slim footer FAQ later
3. Proposed navigation and submenu structure
3.1 Top-level (keep familiar, modernize labels)
| Top-level | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Solutions | Buyer problems / use cases (why buy) |
| Features | Product capabilities (what you get) |
| Resources | Proof, education, enablement |
| Pricing | Commercial path |
| Book a demo (primary button) | Conversion |
Optional utility (right side or footer only): Login, Contact, language.
3.2 Solutions submenu (use-case led)
Organize by HR outcomes, not by product module names.
Column A — Challenge programs
- Step Challenges
- Team Challenges
- Multi-Activity Challenges
- Virtual Marathons
Column B — Workforce scenarios
- Remote & Hybrid Team Wellness
- Global Employee Engagement
- Mental Health & Mindfulness Programs
- Holistic Wellness Programs
Column C — Business outcomes
- Wellness Rewards Programs
- Health & Fitness Analytics for HR
- Seasonal / Campaign Wellness (optional later)
Mega-menu footer promo: “Start with one challenge, expand to year-round.” → Pricing or Demo
Why this structure: US enterprise buyers self-identify by program goal (“we need a step challenge before benefits open enrollment”) or workforce shape (“hybrid/global”), not by “engagement hub.”
3.3 Features submenu (capability led)
Organize by operator jobs.
Column A — For employees
- Activity Tracking
- Fitness & Exercise
- Nutrition & Hydration
- Mental Well-being
- Personalized Programs
Column B — Motivation & community
- Challenges & Wellness Leagues
- Incentivization & Rewards (Vantage Points + gift cards)
- Engagement Tools (feeds, groups, social)
Column C — For HR & IT
- Admin Dashboard & Analytics
- Integrations (wearables, HRIS, Slack, etc.)
- Security & Compliance
- Accessibility & Global Access
- Health Data Upload (aggregated insights framing)
Mega-menu footer promo: “See participation rate as your north-star metric.” → Admin Dashboard / Analytics
3.4 Resources submenu
- Customer Stories / Case Studies
- Client Testimonials (videos)
- Blog
- Guides
- Tools & Templates (ROI calculator, step challenge template)
- Industry Report
- Help Center
- Product Updates
- Compare / Alternatives (consideration stage)
3.5 What not to put in top nav
- Clients as a top-level item (fold into Resources or Proof)
- Every challenge type as a top-level link
- Blog as equal weight to Solutions (blog is a destination, not a product category)
4. Wireframe — ~5 full-screen sections
Desktop-first enterprise layout. Each section ≈ one viewport (min-height ~100vh on large screens), with internal density rather than extra scrolls. Mobile stacks the same order.

SECTION 2 — Participation engine
Eyebrow: The participation problem
H2: A wellness benefit only works when people use it after launch.
Lead: Most programs peak on announcement day. Vantage Fit is designed for day 30, day 90, and the next challenge after that, so participation becomes a habit instead of a campaign spike.
Engine intro: Participation grows when the experience is easy to join, worth returning to, and clear enough for HR to improve.
Steps
01 · Invite Launch programs for teams, regions, or the full workforce from proven challenge formats. Set goals, audiences, timing, and rewards without a long implementation project.
02 · Participate Give more people a way in: steps, multi-activity, team formats, mindfulness, and everyday wellbeing actions. Wellness is broader than a fitness contest.
03 · Reward Recognize real effort with points, badges, leaderboards, and redeemable rewards. Connect healthy actions to gifts employees actually want.
04 · Measure and improve Track participation rate, trends, and team-level patterns. See what is working, where momentum drops, and what to run next.
Dual experience
Section line: Enjoyable for employees. Manageable for HR.
For employees
- Something for more people
Support physical, mental, and everyday wellbeing across different interests and abilities.
- Progress people can feel
Daily goals, streaks, and team challenges turn a distant goal into a clear next step.
- Rewards worth earning
Points convert into a global catalogue employees recognize and redeem.
For HR teams
- Launch without a project
Start from proven formats and adapt audience, duration, and rewards.
- See participation clearly
Follow the rolling participation rate, trend direction, and teams that need a different approach.
- Run one connected program
Manage challenges, engagement, rewards, and reporting in one admin experience.
Measurement footnote (one line under the dual panel): Participation rate = unique enrolled employees completing a qualifying wellness action in the previous 30 days ÷ enrolled employees.
Optional in-panel HR metrics (illustrative):
- 30-day participation
- Participating employees
- Repeat participants
- Wellness Score as supporting context (not the headline KPI)
SECTION 3 — Customer proof (videos + results)
Eyebrow: Proof from real programs

Trust pillars
1. Secured, region-aware hosting Employee data is hosted with enterprise security controls and a localized approach designed to meet organizational and regional requirements.
2. No external sharing of PII Personal identifiable information stays inside the secured platform environment. It is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
3. Privacy-first analytics for HR Individual health details stay private. HR teams work with aggregated participation and program trends to guide decisions.
4. Controls IT and Legal expect Role-based access, compliance-aligned processes, and a security posture built for enterprise evaluation, not consumer shortcuts.

6. UX / UI rationale (section by section)
6.1 Overall system
| Decision | Rationale for enterprise HR buyers |
|---|---|
| ~5 full-screen sections | Matches executive attention patterns; one job per scroll; easier demo handoff (“scroll to proof / security”) |
| Participation as visual system | Aligns marketing with the product’s admin north star (participation rate, department breakdowns, 30-day windows) |
| Dark hero → light middle → dark trust → high-contrast close | Classic enterprise narrative rhythm: claim → mechanism → proof → risk removal → action |
| Product UI in hero, not stock wellness photos | Signals “real software,” not lifestyle brand fluff |
| Sticky nav + persistent Book a demo | Conversion always available without trapping users in content |
6.2 Section 1 — Hero
Why it exists: First 5 seconds answer “Is this relevant?” and “What do you optimize for?”
Why this design:
- Headline leads with participation, not a feature laundry list.
- Dashboard visual mirrors how CHROs/Benefits leaders will live in the product.
- Employee phone shows why participation happens (the end-user experience).
- Logos and review badges reduce vendor risk immediately.
- Dual CTAs serve high-intent (demo) and mid-intent (learn mechanism) traffic.
Maps to buyer personas:
- HR Director / Wellbeing leader: adoption promise
- CHRO: leadership-reportable metric
- CFO (secondary): implies ROI starts with usage, not unused licenses
6.3 Section 2 — Participation engine
Why it exists: Converts interest into understanding of how the product creates the outcome.
Why this design:
- Opens with the real enterprise failure mode: post-launch drop-off.
- Four-step loop is scannable in a meeting and easy for a champion to retell internally.
- Dual employee/HR panel reflects how deals are won: employees must love it and HR must run it.
- Measurement footnote creates metric integrity (important vs black-box wellness scores).
- Consolidates what the sample spread across problem + engine + experience + measurement, cutting length without losing story.
Product marketing principle: Teach the system of value before the feature catalog.
6.4 Section 3 — Videos + results
Why it exists: Enterprise buyers need social proof before security deep-dives and demos.
Why this design:
- Video carries emotion, role credibility, and implementation realism text cannot.
- Three cards match current production assets (no new production required).
- Named stats under videos re-anchor claims in quantified outcomes.
- Benefits Director (BISD) is especially relevant to US Benefits leaders.
- Keeps proof time-bounded and program-specific to protect claim integrity.
Placement rationale: After mechanism, before security. Buyers should believe “it works” before they ask “is it safe?”
6.5 Section 4 — Security & compliance
Why it exists: Critical conversion gate for US enterprise purchasing an India-based, health-adjacent SaaS product.
Why this design:
- Full-section treatment signals maturity; badge-only treatment signals afterthought.
- Pillars translate certifications into buyer language (hosting, PII, aggregation, access).
- Explicit privacy model (“HR sees aggregated trends”) counters surveillance fears and matches brand posture as a habit product, not a clinical monitor.
- Deep link to Security page supports IT/Legal evaluation without cluttering homepage.
- Visual weight equal to proof section because risk removal is equal to value creation in late-stage deals.
6.6 Section 5 — Final CTA
Why it exists: Convert residual intent after value, proof, and trust are established.
Why this design:
- Restates demo value (what you will see), not generic “get started.”
- Pricing secondary path captures buyers in commercial evaluation mode.
- Reassurance row reduces meeting-booking anxiety.
- No blog, no extra modules: protect the conversion moment.
6.7 What we deliberately did not put on the homepage
| Omitted | Why |
|---|---|
| Full feature matrix | Belongs in Features; homepage sells outcome system |
| Blog module | SEO asset, not conversion asset |
| Long FAQ | Can live on Pricing/Demo; adds scroll without new conviction for most visitors |
| Heavy suite cross-sell (Recognition/Pulse/Perks) | Vantage Fit should win on its own; suite is a later expansion story |
| Clinical / health-monitoring framing | Wrong category; increases privacy fear; contradicts product mission |
7. Messaging hierarchy (for design + future pages)
- Primary: More employees participating
- Secondary: Programs people keep using after launch
- Proof: Named customer results + leader videos
- Enablers: Inclusive challenges, real rewards, HR analytics
- Trust: Security, privacy, compliance
- Action: Book a demo / View pricing
Internal one-liner for the team:
Participation is the headline. Habit is the product. Proof and trust close the deal.
8. Assumptions (reasonable; confirm before build if material)
- Certifications shown on the live homepage (HIPAA, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, SOC 2) remain accurate and approvable for US enterprise claims.
- “100+ organizations” remains the approved customer-count expression (or replace with the latest approved figure).
- Landmark Leisure speaker name should be reconciled between homepage (
Shyam Surendran) and testimonials page (Tarun Rangwani) before production. - US logo rights may be thinner than APAC logos; if US logos are limited, lead with role-matched video proof and global enterprise brands with permission.
- Demo motion still centers on challenges + rewards + admin participation analytics (aligned with sales packages).
- Single-challenge and year-round packaging still exist on Pricing.
9. Implementation priorities (if you build next)
P0 (homepage v1)
- 5-section layout from this brief
- Hero participation visual (from sample)
- Video testimonial section (from live assets)
- Security section (from live trust content + elevated layout)
- Nav IA labels + mega-menu structure (pages can 404-soft link to existing URLs)
P1
- Replace illustrative metrics with anonymized real aggregates if marketing/legal approve
- Add more US customer logos/stories as available
- Wire mega-menu to existing use-case and feature routes
- A/B test H1: participation-led (recommended) vs current “employees actually use”
P2
- Interactive demo embed or product tour
- Security one-pager download for IT
- ROI calculator entry from final CTA secondary path
10. Success metrics for the redesign
| Metric | Why |
|---|---|
| Demo request rate (homepage) | Primary conversion |
| Scroll depth to Section 3 and 4 | Proof/trust consumption |
| Video play rate | Proof engagement |
| Pricing click-through (secondary) | Commercial intent |
| Time-to-first-CTA click | Clarity of offer |
| Enterprise demo quality (opportunity notes: security asked earlier/later) | Whether trust section pre-answers objections |
