Before you open the wizard
Can employees manage their own teams?
No. User-team creation and management is an ops toggle and is off by default. Team score is the average of member scores, not the sum.
Is a wearable required?
No. No format requires a wearable. Phone sensors and manual logs both count toward the same challenge.
Are Training Plans in this wizard?
No. Training Plans, Level, Marathon Event, and Weight Burn are ops-configured. They are not self-serve formats in this builder.
