Date pickers, not a single hours field. Optional manual override if the night was odd.
Features · For employees
Sleep, heart rate, and weight. Next to the step count.
A bedtime and a wake time. A weight update. Each one writes an activity-log entry. No second form.
Full-Mode Mobile only 100+ organizations
Last night, pickers not a duration
Bedtime and wake time. Not a duration field.
Employees pick when they slept and when they woke. A wearable can sit next to a manual entry. The app asks before it overwrites.
The source field keeps them distinct. Confirm-before-overwrite when both arrive.
The sleep trend graph is Full-Mode only. Lite Mode never shows it. The web app does not either.
Two heart rates. Only one is a camera.
A wearable can sync. A finger on the camera can take a reading that is awareness-level, not medical-grade.
- Wearable auto-syncHeart rate from the connected watch or band, when the employee has one.
- Finger on cameraAwareness-level. Not a clinical instrument. Not a diagnosis.
- Health Connect importAndroid import of weight, sleep, heart rate, calories, and distance. Not the Android step source.
The overview is the same home surface as steps. A health update does not open a second product.
The update is another log.
Blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes status, and weight save as an activity-log entry. BMI and a highlighted goal sit on the same screen.
Ideal-weight range is shown beside the band. Blood pressure is parsed as 120/80. Weight is stored in grams and shown in the employee’s unit.
The suggested goal is highlighted. It is not locked. Activity level (Not Very / Slightly / Moderately / Very Active) is a personal calorie input, not a targeting dimension.
Optional. Personal. 0 to 100 percent.
The Health Risk Assessment is a deeper questionnaire. Skipping is allowed. Nobody is penalized. Calorie targets still use the basic profile.
This is the employee’s HRA result, not an organization score. Individual answers, BMI with a name, and lab values never appear on an admin screen.
Full-Mode. Phone only.
Vitals, BMI, weight, sleep, and the HRA are not Lite Mode surfaces. They are not on the web app.
The health update stays on the log
One activity-log entry per vitals or weight save. No duplicate form. No second product for HR to explain.
- VC Support: lab-report enablement, custom T&C, feature toggles.
- Lab reports live on Health data upload. Whitelist, not standard.
Guideline-aligned. Not a platform stamp.
Vantage Fit is HIPAA-guideline aligned. BAA provisions cover the lab-report pipeline. That is not a HIPAA-compliant platform claim.
- Admins see aggregates. Not an individual’s HRA answers or weight.
- SOC 2, ISO, and GDPR certifications are not claimed here.

Before you roll it out
Is this a HIPAA-compliant platform?
No. Vantage Fit is HIPAA-guideline aligned. BAA provisions apply to the lab-report pipeline. Lab reports are a different, whitelist page.
Must employees complete the HRA?
No. The HRA is optional. Skipping is allowed. Calorie targets use the basic health profile, not the HRA.
Can they log sleep on the web app?
No. Vitals, sleep, and the HRA are mobile-only and Full-Mode only.
Put the fuller picture on the same log.
Walk through sleep, heart rate, weight, and the optional HRA on the same app that already counts steps.
