Targets come from the basic onboarding profile. The full HRA is not required. Activity level is a personal calorie input, not an HR targeting dimension.

BMR and goal

Science a buyer can check

Mifflin-St Jeor sets BMR. Harris-Benedict multiplies it. The goal then moves the daily number by 550 calories, about 0.5 kg a week. Male targets will not go below 1,800. Female targets will not go below 1,200.

Macros follow the goal

Height, weight, date of birth, gender, goal, and activity level are enough.

Corporate wellness food logging should survive a regional dish that is not in the database.

Before you roll it out

Do employees need the full HRA for calorie targets?

No. Targets come from the basic onboarding health profile: height, weight, date of birth, gender, goal, and activity level. The full HRA is not required.

Can they log food on the web app?

No. Food and water logging are mobile-only. They are also absent in Lite Mode.

Is the food database comprehensive?

No. It is a few thousand items, with regional gaps. Manual entry and a food-suggestion path cover what search misses.

A meal counts the same way a run does.

Walk through the split, the calorie math, and a 250 ml water log on the same app that already feeds participation.
