The league outlasts the campaign.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze on a rolling step average. Always on while enabled. The same steps that feed a challenge also rank the league.

Default, adjustable 7 or 30 days typical Annual / ops-configured

Three tiers. Defaults, not dogma.

These are the shipped defaults. Your HR admin can adjust the numbers. They are not a universal medical cutoff.

Default Gold

Above 7,000 average daily steps. Adjustable.

Default Silver

5,000 to 7,000 average daily steps. Adjustable.

Default Bronze

Below 5,000 average daily steps. Adjustable.

Corporate fitness tier ranking, default and adjustable by your HR admin. No Platinum or Diamond tier ships today.

A rolling window. Not a fixed 21 days.

The league is a rolling average of daily steps. The window is configurable. 7 or 30 days is typical.

Basis Daily steps, averaged

The same step pipeline that already feeds challenges. Phone pedometer is enough.

Window 7 or 30 days typical

Set with the account manager when leagues are enabled. Not a hardcoded 21-day rule.

History Week by week

Employees page back through prior weeks on the phone. There is no employee web UI.

Always on. Challenges still start and end.

A campaign has a banner and a finish line. The league stays up while it is enabled. That is the whole distinction.

Wellness leagues

Persistent. Company-wide.

Recalculates on the rolling window. Gold, Silver, or Bronze for everyone in the program, every day it is on.

  • Does not replace a challenge.
  • Does not reset when a campaign ends.
Challenge leaderboards

Inside one campaign.

A leaderboard ranks people or teams for the length of that challenge. Then it closes.

  • Start and end dates.
  • Score lives inside the campaign, not as a year-round tier.

HR sees the mix. Employees see a shield.

Once leagues are on, the dashboard is self-serve. This page is not a second Admin Dashboard.

  • Standings and trendsWeekly, monthly, and yearly views of who sits in each tier.
  • Department and countryDistribution, not a planned wellness-score ranking of departments.
  • Paginated reports and CSVExport the roster snapshot. Annual-gated with the feature itself.
Vantage Fit badges and achievements on mobile, a supporting recognition surface, not the league standings screen

Badges and achievements are a different surface. They are not the league. There is no dedicated league screenshot in the library, so the tiers above are the product mock.

Annual. Ops turns it on.

Enabling leagues, the thresholds, and the rolling window go through the account manager. Not a day-one toggle.

Once enabled

Standard reporting

Standings, trends, distribution, and CSV are available after the feature is live.

  • Employee view: mobile only.
  • Lite Mode: leagues stay off.
Not required

No wearable. No Health Connect steps.

Phone sensors are enough. League ranking does not use Health Connect as the step source.

  • The step log on Activity tracking is the same log.
  • No employee league UI on the web app.

Before you roll it out

Is this a challenge leaderboard?

No. Leaderboards rank inside a time-bound challenge and reset each campaign. Leagues are persistent Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers on a rolling step average.

Do employees need a wearable?

No. A phone pedometer is enough. League steps do not come from Health Connect.

Can HR flip leagues on from the dashboard tomorrow?

No. Enabling leagues, the thresholds, and the rolling window is annual and ops-configured through the account manager. Once enabled, standings, trends, and CSV are self-serve.

Keep the competition running after the banner comes down.

Walk through Gold, Silver, and Bronze, the rolling window, and the admin CSV on the same step log employees already keep.
