Questions HR asks first

Platform clarity before the demo.

What is an employee wellness platform?
It is the system an organization uses to deliver, manage, and measure wellbeing programs. Vantage Fit combines the employee daily experience with HR launch controls, rewards, and reporting so participation is visible and improvable.
Do employees need a wearable?
No. Many programs work phone-first. Supported activity sources include common phone health platforms and wearables such as Fitbit and Garmin. Sync behavior depends on the source and device settings.
Can HR see an employee’s personal health answers?
No. Individual HRA answers and personal health profiles stay with the employee. HR sees participation and aggregate health metrics for program design, not individual diagnosis or discipline.
What does “participation” mean here?
Whether people open the app and complete qualifying wellness actions over time. The platform is built so that number is visible, trendable, and improvable with the next challenge or incentive.
