What can employees redeem wellness points for?
Gift cards from the configured catalog, with denomination options and delivery in-app and by email. The Vantage Fit Lifestyle Spending Account is gift-cards only. The wellness partner marketplace (services and offerings) is a separate surface.
When do points appear after a task?
Single-event tasks and milestones credit in real time. Daily activity targets credit at end of day after source data syncs. Final leaderboard bonuses wait for a 3-day buffer so late syncs can settle. Admin bulk awards credit after OTP approval.
Are Vantage Fit points separate from VantageCircle R&R?
By default they share one unified wallet balance. Employees redeem from the combined total. If you need separation, your account manager can configure multi-wallet setups with independent balances and catalogs.
Can HR award points outside a challenge?
Yes. Use Reward Hub → Upload Points with a CSV of employee emails and point amounts. The flow requires OTP verification to the admin email before points process.
How do we audit rewards spend?
Transaction Report shows credits and redemptions with source and timestamp. Redemption Report shows who redeemed what, denomination, category, and date. Both support filters and CSV export. The Overview Incentivization KPI summarizes reward spend in local currency.
