Fourteen features.
One participation surface.
A corporate wellness platform with all features on one grid. Steps, a GPS run, a logged meal, a glass of water, a mindfulness session, and a lab-report upload (where enabled) feed the same challenges and the same participation number. iOS and Android are the full employee experience. Web is steps, limited manual logging, and the admin dashboard.

What is on, and what is gated.
These four labels appear on the cards. Leagues are annual. Training plans and lab upload are select-partner. Lite Mode is steps. Race plus step_count in the builder.
Account-manager / annual-client. Wellness leagues sit here.
Ops-enabled or whitelist, not day-one. Plans and lab upload.
Hidden or reduced to steps when Lite is on.
For employees
Logs they already make.
Seven logging and program surfaces. Minutes, meals, and workouts count the same way steps do. A wearable is optional. Activity tracking stays on in Lite as steps.

Activity tracking
65 activity types. No wearable required. Honest step math.
Fitness & exercise
GPS, squat tracker, Fitbit and Garmin. One primary device.
Nutrition & hydration
Meal targets from a basic profile. One tap = 250 ml. Full-Mode only.
Health metrics
Sleep, heart rate, weight, optional HRA. Next to the step count.
Mental wellbeing & mindfulness
Guided sessions. Minutes count as participation, not mood.
Wellness leagues
Always-on Gold / Silver / Bronze. Annual / ops-configured.
Personalized programs
Two live training plans plus a content library. Select-partner for plans.
For HR teams
The number you take upstairs.
Four admin surfaces. Participation rate is the board number. Health-risk targeting needs Workforce Health. That is select-partner, not a standard dimension.

Admin dashboard & analytics
Four KPI cards. The number you take upstairs is participation rate.
Program builder & templates
Five formats. 27 task types. A challenge live before lunch.
Audience targeting
Aim a challenge without seeing who is in the cohort.
Communications & nudges
29 email templates. 34+ push types. Account-manager owns the master switch.
Enterprise
What IT signs, and what HR never opens.
Three IT and data surfaces. Lab upload is annual, whitelist, and select-partner. HR sees prevalence, not people.

Full on the phone. Limited on the web.
Employees get the full app on iOS and Android. Web covers steps, limited manual logging, and the admin dashboard. Lab-report upload is the web exception, and only when Health data upload is enabled.
- iOS and AndroidFull logging, challenges, leagues, and programs when those cards are on.
- WebSteps, limited manual logging, and the admin dashboard.
- Lab-report uploadWorks on web for enabled organizations. Hidden in Lite Mode.
Employee home. Not a composite score view.
Before you pick a card
Is the web app the same as the phone?
No. The full employee experience is iOS and Android. Web is steps, limited manual logging, and the admin dashboard. Lab-report upload works on web for enabled organizations.
What is Lite Mode?
Lite Mode is steps only. Fitness, nutrition, health metrics, mental extras, leagues, programs, and lab upload hide or collapse. In the builder, Lite keeps Race and step_count.
Who sees a lab report?
The employee sees the private plan. HR sees prevalence, not people. Health data upload is annual, whitelist, and select-partner. Hidden in Lite Mode.
