Beyond steps. Dozens of ways to count a workout.
Vantage Fit’s employee fitness tracking app logs strength sets, Saturday 5Ks, and watch-recorded workouts onto the same surface as steps. A workout counts the same way a walk does.

Pace integrity
Runs and walks must clear 3.5 min/km, split by splitStrength is a log, not a coach.
Employees record reps or minutes against real exercise types. There are no set schemes or progression plans, and that is the point: a lift lands next to a lunch-hour walk, on the same count.
GPS workouts, honestly paced.
Run, Walk, Cycle, and Wheelchair get live distance, pace, duration, and calories, a route map, per-kilometre splits, and a pace graph. On iPhone, Live Activity keeps pace on the Lock Screen.
- Clean points onlyiOS discards GPS fixes with worse than 100 m horizontal accuracy.
- Vehicle detectionAndroid screens speed patterns, location consistency, pace outliers, and splits.
- The 3.5 min/km floorThe backend rejects run and walk averages faster than 3.5 min/km. Every split must clear it too.
- Cycling is not pace-cappedNo cycling pace limit exists. We say so rather than imply one.
The watch they already own works.
Fitbit and Garmin connect directly on iOS and Android. Everything else flows in through Apple Health or Health Connect, and one primary device rule keeps the count clean.
- Garmin pushes in real timeThe connection expires after 60 days and reconnects in a tap.
- Apple Watch and SamsungApple Watch syncs through Apple Health. Samsung watches connect as Android devices.
- 70+ trusted appsStrava, Nike Run Club, Mi Band, Amazfit, Huawei, and more feed in through Apple Health.
- Import rules, stated plainlyiOS imports take one manual tap in Apple Health. Android imports run through Health Connect. Duplicates are auto-prevented.
- One primary deviceConnecting Fitbit or Garmin overrides the phone as the step source, so nothing double-counts.
Employees connect their own devices. Admins see aggregate connection stats, never an individual’s workout map.

Before rollout
Does anti-cheat apply to cycling?
No pace limit applies to cycling. Run and walk workouts must clear the 3.5 min/km floor on average and on every split.
Does HR connect employee watches?
No. Employees connect their own Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, or Samsung watch in the app. Admins see aggregate connection stats only.
What happens in Lite Mode?
Lite Mode is steps only. Strength logging, GPS workouts, squat tracking, and device imports all require Full Mode.
Count every workout, not just steps.
Walk through strength logging, GPS rules, and device connections on the same surface your steps already use.
