A plan, and the content to follow it.

Vantage Fit’s structured workplace wellness plans give an employee a week-by-week path that runs as a personal challenge, and a corporate wellness content library that can feed any challenge as a task. Two systems, one Programs tab.

2 plans live, 7 coming soon Only the employee can quit Content works as a challenge task

Enrolled today

Your plan starts next Monday

Two systems. One Programs tab.

Training Plans and the Content Library do different jobs, so we keep them separate. One is a structured path the employee owns. The other is a catalog HR can publish from and challenges can draw on.

System one Training Plans

A VFit-managed catalog of structured, week-by-week plans. The employee enrolls, tunes the schedule, and runs it as a personal challenge. HR does not create, run, or stop these.

System two Content Library

Articles, videos, podcasts, webinars, Health Bites, and quizzes that HR publishes and targets. Any item can become a challenge task with automatic completion tracking.

Training Plans: a challenge of one.

The catalog is curated and managed by Vantage Fit, browsed by category. Two plans are available today and seven are on the way, and we would rather show that split than pretend the shelf is full.

2 available 7 coming soon
Available Couch to 5K

Linear weekly progression from about 1 km to a 5 to 6 km week, with a taper in the final week. Rest days fall on the days you did not pick.

Available Walking Habit Plan

A gradual walking routine built around the days the employee chooses at enrollment.

Coming soon Shredded in 12 Weeks

In the catalog, not yet open for enrollment.

Coming soon Quit Smoking in 30 Days

In the catalog, not yet open for enrollment.

Coming soon Ride to Thrive

In the catalog, not yet open for enrollment.

Coming soon Mindful Moments, plus 3 more

Seven upcoming plans in total, all managed by Vantage Fit.

Three questions, then next Monday.

Enrollment tunes the plan to the employee’s week, shows a week-by-week preview, and starts the following Monday. The plan then lives in the Challenges tab as a personal challenge, tracked by auto-sync or manual entry like any other.

  1. 1
How many weeks?A slider from 4 to 8 weeks sets the plan length.
  2. 2
How many days a week?Three to six training days, picked as a radio choice.
  3. 3
Which days?Checkboxes place the sessions; unselected days stay rest days.

A training plan runs in the Challenges tab as a personal challenge. No leaderboard, no certificate, and only the employee can quit it. HR sees a read-only ongoing-programs report, nothing more.

Content Library: the follow-through.

HR publishes and targets the catalog itself once the Programs tab is on. Formats cover quick reads to watch-along sessions, and every item can carry a quiz or become a challenge task.

Article Video Podcast Webinar Health Bites · interactive, 2 to 3 min Quizzes · auto-evaluated
Challenge task: “Watch this video” or “Read this article” Automatic completion tracking, pass or fail both log
Content as a task

Watching, reading, or finishing a Health Bite logs a content activity, so a three-minute lesson counts toward participation like any other task.

Quizzes that grade themselves

Radio and checkbox questions, all-correct-to-pass. Passing or failing both record the attempt; the log keeps the honest version.

Targeted by health profile

Content reaches audiences by demographics like age, gender, and health profile. Never by how active someone is.

A Marketplace section also surfaces partner offerings through external links with a disclaimer.

Who controls what.

Training Plans: select-partner

Enabled per company through your account manager. Plans are VFit-managed; admins cannot create, modify, or stop them.

Content: self-serve

Once the Programs tab is on, admins create, publish, and unpublish articles, videos, and podcasts, and build quiz questions and categories.

Ops-required extras

Marketplace, Health Bites creation, multi-language versions, and demographic targeting are set up with the Vantage Fit team.

Lite Mode

Lite clients get no Programs tab by default. Programs surfaces only where a section is enabled.

Before rollout

Can HR create or customize a training plan?

No. The catalog is managed by Vantage Fit: two plans available, seven coming soon. Admins cannot author plans, edit them, or switch individual plans off per company today.

Can HR stop an employee’s plan?

No. A training plan is a personal challenge. Only the employee can quit it, and HR’s visibility is a read-only report of ongoing programs.

Do employees get a certificate for finishing a plan?

No. Training plans are personal and non-competitive, so there is no completion certificate. HR-run challenges are the ones that award certificates.

Give the plan a place to live.

Walk through Training Plans and the Content Library on the same surface that runs your challenges and counts participation.
