Competition that outlasts the challenge.
Vantage Fit’s employee wellness league system ranks everyone in Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers on a rolling average of daily steps. Challenges start and end. The league keeps running, so the same steps that feed a campaign also feed a standing that never resets.

Recalculated on a rolling windowThree tiers, on a rolling average.
Every employee lands in a tier from their rolling average of daily steps, measured over a configurable window, 7 or 30 days typical. The thresholds below are the defaults, adjustable per company when leagues are configured. Employees browse their tier and history week by week in the mobile app, shield and all.

A league is not a leaderboard.
Both run on the same steps, and both stay. But they answer different questions, and mixing them up is how engagement programs stall between campaigns.

What HR sees once it is on.
League reporting is self-serve in the admin dashboard: standings, trends, and distribution, with exports when you need them. Employees check their own tier in the mobile app; there is no employee league page on the web.
Badges and achievements from the wider gamification system. League tiers use their own shields, shown above.
Setup, stated plainly.
Leagues are enabled per company through your account manager, along with thresholds and the rolling window. Not a day-one toggle.
The phone pedometer supplies the steps. No wearable is required for anyone to hold a tier.
Tiers, shields, and week-by-week history live in the app. HR reporting lives in the admin dashboard.
Leagues are disabled in Lite Mode, which strips the experience to steps-only tracking.
Before rollout
Is the window fixed at 21 days?
No. The rolling average runs over a configurable window, 7 or 30 days typical, set with your account manager when leagues are enabled.
Can we change the tier thresholds?
Yes. Gold, Silver, and Bronze ship with the defaults shown above, and the thresholds are adjustable per company during configuration.
Do employees need a wearable?
No. Steps come from the phone pedometer or a connected device source. A wearable is optional, never required.
Keep the competition after the challenge ends.
Walk through tiers, the rolling window, and league reporting on the same steps that already power your challenges.
