Features

Fourteen features. One participation surface.

The employee wellness platform features below are not fourteen separate products. A step, a GPS run, a logged meal, a mindfulness session and, where it is enabled, a lab report all land in the same challenges and the same participation rate.

Not every card is on for every client.

Vantage Fit runs in Full Mode or Lite Mode, and a few capabilities are switched on by an account manager rather than by a toggle. Each card below wears the badge that applies to it.

Self-serve

On for Full-Mode clients with no extra contract toggle.

Annual

Configured by your account manager on an annual plan.

Select-partner

Ops-enabled or whitelisted. Not available on day one.

Not in Lite Mode

Hidden, or reduced to steps, while Lite Mode is on.

Lite Mode collapses the logging surface to steps. In the program builder you get the Race format and the step count task, and nothing else.

The whole platform, in three groups.

Employees log. HR aims, measures and nudges. IT signs off on where the data sits. Open any card for the numbers behind it.

Web and app

Full on the phone. Limited on the web.

Anyone comparing vendors on a laptop should know this before the pilot, not after it.

  • iOS, AndroidEvery log type in the grid above, plus challenges, leagues and rewards.
  • Web, employeeSteps and limited manual logging. Uploading a lab report is the exception that belongs here.
  • Web, HRThe whole admin console: KPI cards, filters, the builder, targeting and every CSV export.

The employee app, where the full logging surface lives.

Three questions the grid does not answer.

Does everything work in a browser?

No. Employees get the full logging surface on iOS and Android. On the web they get steps and limited manual logging. HR gets the whole admin dashboard in a browser. Uploading a lab report is the one employee action that is built for the web.

What changes in Lite Mode?

The logging surface collapses to steps. In the program builder you get the Race format and the step count task, and nothing else. Fitness, nutrition, health metrics, the mental wellbeing extras, leagues, personalized programs and health data upload are all off.

Who gets to read an uploaded lab report?

The employee, and nobody in HR. An upload returns a private personal plan to that employee. Admins see prevalence counts for a cohort, never a named report. The pipeline is annual and whitelisted, and it carries BAA provisions for HIPAA compliance.

Bring the whole grid to one call.

We open the fourteen cards in a live tenant and mark which ones are on for your plan, and which ones need your account manager.
